CustomUSB was born early in the millennium, a simpler time when telephones could send and receive text-based communiques but could not yet order dinner and do the laundry. Our fledgling enterprise swiftly rose to prominence in the admittedly-uncrowded B2B customized-USB flash drive marketplace and has since become the undisputed bespoke USB industry-leader (nobody has disputed this fact to our knowledge). Our dominance was and is earned chiefly through pioneering innovation and a dedication to client service.
In the last couple years we’ve been getting particularly crafty in fulfilling our clients’ wildest USB fantasies, and this has led to creating some really awesome stuff. Because of this we were increasingly inundated by requests for purchasing just a drive or two—our bread and butter has always been wholesale and other kinds of high-volume orders—so we dipped out toe in the water by offering up a few products for retail purchase, and it went so dang well that we decided to build this here proper storefront.
And that, friends, is the long-winded explanation of why this store exists today. To summarize: CustomUSB has always made awesome things and now you can buy awesome things one awesome thing at a time.
Shipping & Handling
How long will it take? Orders ship Monday-Friday. Processing time depends on the type of product you are purchasing. Most orders ship out within a week, but please check individual product pages for exact processing times.
Can I track it? This depends on your location. For continental US, a USPS tracking number will be provided. For international, USPS shipping may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery and tracking is not available. If you need tracking, contact us to be upgraded to a more-expensive shipping method by UPS.
Where’s it ship from? We are conveniently located in Wheeling, IL just outside of Chicago.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship our products internationally, though due to licensing restrictions some products can only ship within US and Canada. There may be additional taxes, duties, and brokerage and customs fees assessed for customs clearance. These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges. We are not able to mark orders as “gifts”. We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees. CustomUSB has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more. If your package will be returned back to us for any reason (missing street numbers, unpaid customs duties, etc.) additional shipping charges will be assessed to reship it back to you. We are not able to issue refunds on customized merchandise. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
Can you ship to my PO Box? Shipping to PO Boxes is only available through USPS. Additionally, we are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot supply tracking numbers for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following:
- The City must be entered as either “APO” or “FPO”
- The State must be selected as either “AA” “AE” or “AP”
- The country must be United States.
- You must enter your Zip code
- Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number
Please note: orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your package to arrive. We are not liable for lost shipments to PO Box addresses.
Returns, Replacements & Warranty
Can I exchange a defective product? If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to Store@CustomUSB.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please make sure the photos are sharp and clearly show the damage (misprinted logos, broken housing, etc.). If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Upon receiving the photos and confirming the damage, we may either ask you to return the product to us for inspection or ship you a brand new product as a replacement.
How do I ship a defective product back to you? Before shipping anything back to us, contact our customer service team at Store@CustomUSB.com so we can issue you an RMA number. If you are located in the US, we will also provide a prepaid shipping label. If, however, you are located outside of the US, you will need to ship the product back to us at your expensive and we will credit this amount back to your account (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Do you offer returns? In order to offer our products to you at significant discounts, all sales are final and are not eligible for return.
What is the warranty on your products? All CustomUSB products are warranted against defects in workmanship when subjected to normal usage for a period of one year and products returned to CustomUSB will be repaired or replaced if broken at our sole discretion. CustomUSB is not responsible for any real or consequential damages caused by the usage of any product purchased on our website.
